Also, despite the fact that this website was meant to provide practical recipes, foods, and lifestyle changes to enhance brain power, concentration, and memory, we also realize the impracticality of eating perfectly healthy at every meal.
So for those days that you feel like splurging out on delicious food (despite its hindrance on mental functioning), we’ve created a list of practical yet delicious recipes.
We should also note that for each of the recipes in the splurge section, we plan to prepare a comparable, healthier, recipe that incorporates brain enhancement foods and concepts.
